NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of SPA GOLF CLUB.
This will be held on Wednesday 11th December 2024 at 7.30pm in the Clubhouse
Nominations are sought for the following positions:-
* Vice President
* Honorary Treasurer
* Honorary Secretary
* Vice-Captain
* Member of Council
* Member of Council
* Member of Council
Proposals for each vacancy must be made on the appropriate form and must be received by the Honorary Secretary no later than Wednesday 13th November 2024.
All Members are invited to attend.
NOTICE TO MEMBERS
A MEMBER HAVING A RESOLUTION, MUST SUBMIT IN WRITING SUCH RESOLUTION TO THE HONORARY SECRETARY NO LATER THAN Wednesday 13th November 2024.
